Momentum leadership transition from 7 April 2025

At Momentum we believe in the power of shared leadership. And we’re pleased to let you know that on April 7th we will make our first annual leadership rotation, with David Hart stepping into the role of Managing Director for the 2025/26 financial year. We’re excited to see his vision shape the next phase of our journey. Congratulations and good luck to David.

A huge thank you to Will Durden for his leadership during his first rotation as MD.  Working with the board, Will has championed a dynamic approach to growing our company while staying focused on our core values of collaboration, inclusivity and diversity, expertise and quality and a commitment to sustainability. As one of Momentum’s founding directors he will continue to be part of both the Momentum and Eidos boards, working closely with David and our clients and partners in the year ahead.
