Momentum Transport gains Great Place to Work certification

Momentum Transport gains Great Place to Work® certification

Momentum Transport Consultancy, with offices in London and Edinburgh, has gained certification from Great Place to Work UK.

The company completed participation in Great Place to Work UK’s Certification™ process, which includes a benchmark study in the form of an employee survey (the Trust Index™) and a ‘culture brief’, which provides details about Momentum’s people programmes and practices.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, helping organisations to create exceptional, high-performing workplaces where employees feel trusted and valued. The organisation aims to improve recruitment, retention and productivity in companies around the world by putting employees at the heart of organisations, analysing what they think and feel and identifying issues that need to be addressed. Part of a global organisation, the Great Place to Work UK team applies data and insights from approximately 10,000 organisations across the world to benchmark individual performance and advise employers on how to continuously improve employee engagement and wellbeing.

Laura Davis, HR manager at Momentum said: “We’re really proud to have received certification from Great Place to Work. Not only does it underline the importance we place on nurturing a supportive and inclusive culture, the certification process has also provided us with important information so that we can develop our unique culture further.”

The certification builds on Momentum’s success of being named as the CIHT ‘Team of the Year’ in 2021, an award judged on how well companies demonstrate ‘professional’, ‘inclusive’, ‘collaborative’ and ‘progressive’ values.
