Our opportunity
We’re looking for a talented new graduate to join our small growing team on a full-time, permanent basis, based in our Houston office. From day 1 you’ll work on projects across the transport planning environment, including research, analysis, forecasting, contributions to proposals and reports. You will develop your knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations. You will be given targeted and specialised training and development – but also the responsibility and opportunities to work on iconic projects across Houston and around the world. You will have the potential to influence our search for new opportunities and winning new projects to expand our business further.

Your skill set
You’ll be a self starter, love working in a hardworking team and have a passion for sustainable transport solutions for the future city. You’ll be forward thinking and have ideas about the challenges of the urban built environment and how to put people at the centre of our work. Specific skills and experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numeracy and analysis skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Excel
- A recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, Urban Planning or a related field
- Comfortable working on large data sets
