Amelie Cosse
Director
Amelie, Director of the Montreal office, continues to build on her experience working across a variety of projects including residential, commercial, cultural and educational. With a keen interest in an improved walking and cycling experience among cities, her work has included the redevelopment of the Flower Market in San Francisco, the Museum of London and the campus redevelopment of LSE.

Head of HR
Laura, Momentum’s HR manager and Board Member holds a fellowship to the CIPD and is a Person Centred Counsellor. Her experience spans Airports, Retail, and various consultancies where the people agenda has been at the heart of the organisation.
Will Durden
Director
Will, a founding Director at Momentum, has delivered services across a diverse range of projects. He enjoys solving involved challenges in complex physical and political spaces. This has included delivering major international sports and entertainment venues, leading cultural institutions, and residential masterplans for likes of Stonehenge, MSG Sphere and London Stadium.
David Hart
Managing Director
David is a founding Director of Momentum, with a wealth of experience of unlocking complex transport challenges to release development potential, built on working for a range of the most respected, dynamic and progressive clients. He is on the Board of the City [of London] Property Association and is a member of a number of Design Review Panels. David enjoys being a part of teams delivering high quality spaces for people to enjoy.
Derek Griffiths

Derek is a Board Director at Momentum, overseeing our Engineering services. A Chartered Civil Engineer with two decades of experience, he specialises in delivering transport and public realm schemes from inception through to construction. Derek’s collaborative approach and expertise in integrating global best practices with local regulatory frameworks ensure innovative, practical solutions that achieve transformative outcomes for clients and communities alike.
Hassan Madhoun
Director
Hassan is Momentum’s Director in the United States. He believes that the journey should be as enjoyable as the destination and is passionate about improving the travel experience to airports, stadia, and mixed-use districts. His portfolio of work includes leading a variety of mobility projects in the aviation, stadia, transit, and mixed-use development sectors. He has delivered transportation solutions for George Bush Intercontinental Airport, the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group, the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup, the 105th CFL Grey Cup, the NHL 100 Classic, and the North American debut of La Machine, the world-renowned large scale French production.  
Roy McGowan
Director
Roy is a founding Director of Momentum with a passion for designing world-class transport solutions for cities. With a career spanning 40 years, his projects cross the Americas, Middle East, Asia and South Africa. In London, his experience includes Wembley Stadium, the London 2012 Games bid and delivery, Victoria Nova, Arsenal Stadium and the British and London Museums.

Will Heubner
Principal Consultant
Will is a specialist pedestrian modeller and project manager with extensive experience in crowd flow analysis of sports stadia, stations and music venues. He advises on pedestrian environments to ensure safety and enhance visitor experience. Will has contributed to major venues and infrastructure projects, including Las Vegas MSG Sphere, Leicester City FC, ExCeL London, Stratford Station UDF, and Allianz Stadium Twickenham.
Kabil Kaliyamoorthi
Associate Director
Kabil is an expert in crowd flow analysis and assessing facilities for users. An advocate of the spaces for people concept, Kabil leads the traffic and pedestrian modelling team. With experience spanning a variety of industries, from traffic engineering and transport planning to pedestrian flow assessment, Kabil’s projects include Haramain High-Speed Stations, Chase Arena and San Francisco’s Flower Market.

Assistant Consultant
Kamile is an Assistant Consultant within the Modelling team. She joined Momentum after completing a BSc in Urban Planning at Loughborough University where she developed enthusiasm for transport systems as well as data-driven urban analysis. She has a particular interest in railways, and is keen to understand pedestrian movement patterns and behaviour to inform the design of inclusive and accessible public spaces.

Aparna is a Senior Consultant in our modelling team, specialising in pedestrian modelling of train/metro stations. Since joining Momentum she has been involved in the Stratford Station project. Aparna is passionate about delivering exceptional pedestrian experience within any built environment.

Tobias Bryson
Engineer
Tobias, has experience working on a variety of public and private sector highway improvement schemes and construction logistics. Currently, he is working on London based projects involving vehicle access, temporary traffic management and street lighting designs. His interests include how cities are designed and function, and he enjoys finding innovative engineering solutions that improve urban environments.
Arber Dalipi
Engineer Apprentice
Arber is an Engineer Apprentice at Momentum. Since joining in 2021 he has been involved in an array of projects ranging from Nova N2 and GSK in London to international proposals and competitions and many more. In these projects, he has explored vehicle access for building sites, traffic management, detailed design, waste management, and others.
Cajetan Danso
Engineer
Cajetan has experience in feasibility studies through to detailed highway and urban design, residential developments and inclusive car park design. He is keen on providing effective engineering solutions for intricate transport issues and takes pleasure in exploring and creating innovative and sustainable transport solutions for the built environment.

Principal Engineer
Tom is a Principal Engineer passionate about designing schemes that promote active travel and create safer, more intuitive public spaces. With experience across London and North America, Tom has contributed to projects ranging from cycle corridors in central London to an active travel trail along the Alaskan Highway. Notable contributions include work on the MSG Sphere, the new Museum of London and Camden Film Quarter.
Patricia Gambiza
Engineer
Patricia is an Engineer at Momentum who likes to deliver creative, intelligent, and sustainable solutions to urban transport issues. She has been involved in preparing S278 drawings and site access strategies along with vehicle tracking no for Stonecutter Street, 79-81 Grosvenor Street, Crutched Friars, 451 High Road and Holborn Viaduct. She enjoys working on projects requiring people-friendly designs of streets and places.

Jonathan is an Engineer at Momentum who has a passion for contributing towards innovative and sustainable engineering solutions, that improve the safety and integration of all transportation modes. Since joining he has been involved in several projects ranging from sites within the City of London to stadia in Saudi Arabia. He has experience in detailed highway design, waste and servicing strategies, construction logistics, temporary traffic management and road safety auditing.

Kaitak has led various projects, including major highway developments, highway/public realm improvements and pedestrian/cycle enhancements. He excels in coordinating teams, managing designs, planning resources and engaging stakeholders. Kaitak is committed to delivering buildable/inclusive designs that meet client goals.

Priyanka, Senior Engineer at Momentum, is passionate about delivering innovative, intelligent, and sustainable solutions to urban transport challenges. Since joining the team, she has played a key role in a variety of projects, managing them from concept design through to detailed delivery. Her notable contributions include work on the Caerphilly Interchange, HS2, and Olympia. Priyanka particularly enjoys working on people-centred designs that transform streets and public spaces into more inclusive, user-friendly environments.

Louis is an Engineer at Momentum. Since joining, he has been involved in masterplan highway design, vehicle access for residential and commercial development, waste management and servicing strategies, construction logistics, temporary traffic management and detailed highway design. He enjoys working with our collaborative team to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.

Joe is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience in design production and project management across public realm schemes, urban developments, and major highways. He consistently delivers high-quality results and excels in stakeholder engagement, project management, and budget control. Notable recent schemes have included the Nova development in Victoria, London, the HS2 Euston site, and the Caerphilly Interchange project. He is passionate about providing a positive and sustainable impact to people’s lives throughout the world.

Amy Albright, AICP supports Momentum’s projects in North America and the UK. With a background in transportation and land use planning in Texas cities, along with a graduate transport degree from University College London, Amy promotes people-focused mobility across a wide variety of contexts. She is passionate about connecting people with safe and healthy transportation options.

Carys is an Assistant Consultant within the Canada team. She joined Momentum after graduating with a MEng degree in Civil Engineering with a Modern Language. Carys is passionate about promoting low-carbon and accessible modes of transport that contribute to healthier and more sustainable lifestyles.
Jamie Blaikie
Consultant
Jamie is an Assistant Consultant within the planning team. He joined Momentum after studying BA International Development and MA Development Studies at the University of Sussex where he developed an interest in cities and planning. He has a particular interest in providing active transport and accessible areas of green space.
Alan Bolger
Consultant
Alan is a Consultant within the planning team and has previous urban planning experience in Dublin, Ireland, where he graduated with a BA in Political Science and Geography from Trinity College Dublin. Alan has worked on a range of projects with both private and public sector clients, including the Olympia redevelopment, Crystal Palace FC, and Better Safer Kilburn. He is passionate about delivering transport solutions and advice which are sustainable and inclusive, enhancing social equity and liveability for all.
Claudio Borsari

Claudio, an Associate in the London office, is passionate about the relation between transport and urban planning, sustainability and inclusive cities. He has experience on transport strategies for urban master plans, development planning, major events, stadia and stations. He has recently worked on projects including Nova N2, Elizabeth House and Cardinal Place Public Realm.
Nico Bosetti
Principal Consultant
Nico is an urban planner and project manager who specialises in developing bespoke solutions promoting sustainable transport. He works with designers and local authorities to advise on transport strategies, from small sites to large masterplans. He also advises clients on micromobility deployment and bus operations. Nico brings a wealth of research experience from think tank Centre for London, where he was Head of Data and Insight. He is skilled at developing and conducting mixed method research including observational surveys, interviews and focus groups.

Natasha has expanded her public sector experience of delivering cycling, public realm and regeneration schemes in the UK and Ireland to development and master planning projects. Her recent projects include the UCL Institute of Neurology and Dementia Research Institute, a commercial development at 1 Leadenhall and a hotel in Hammersmith.
Alice Duperrey
Senior Consultant
Alice is a Senior Consultant within the Canada team. She has gained valuable experience across a range of projects within London and internationally for cultural, stadia and commercial developments. She has helped to develop transport strategies for renowned sites such as the Olympia exhibition centre, Twickenham Stadium and McGill University Campus in Montreal. Alice is passionate about finding innovative and sustainable transport solutions to improve pedestrians’ and cyclists’ experience.

Alex loves innovation, and is always on the lookout for new, pioneering transport solutions. His passion for sport is reflected in his drive to promote active travel and micromobility. Alex has worked at a global level and has developed a broad range of masterplanning and development planning project experience, with particular specialisms in London based development planning, and global masterplan and design competitions with internationally acclaimed architects.
Barnaby Hill

Barnaby is a Principal Consultant within our planning team with a particular interest in active travel and emerging transport modes, and how these can provide us with more liveable and sustainable cities. Since joining Momentum, he has worked on a variety of schemes focused on commercial development, logistics hubs and micromobility.
Marie Feuvrier
Senior Consultant
Marie is a Senior Consultant in the planning team. She previously contributed to projects focusing on healthy streets and the adaptation of transport infrastructures to climate change. Marie graduated with a dual MSc. in Urban Policy between Sciences Po and LSE and is passionate about micromobility and how to make cities more sustainable and inclusive.

Kevin is a Senior Consultant in our Montreal office, supporting key projects in Canada and the US. Kevin completed a Master’s degree in Development Project Management, and he is a certified urban planner and member of the Ordre des urbanistes du Québec (OUQ). Kevin has experience in transit planning and urban and environmental planning, working for local municipalities and regional transit operators.

She joined Momentum after graduating with a BA degree in Urban Studies and Political Science from McGill University, where she developed an interest in active transportation. Passionate about improving cyclists’ and pedestrians’ experiences in cities, she aspires to make the urban environment more inclusive and sustainable.

John is a qualified Civil Engineer who has worked in Australia, Ireland and the UK. His knowledge in the traffic engineering and transport planning sector developed on numerous projects for private developers and government agencies, across varied industry sectors. At Momentum, he manages projects, from mixed use developments; to the master planning for large residential schemes.

Dave manages a range of transport and development planning projects. With combined experience from both the public and private sector, Dave has gained knowledge of a wide variety of development types and scale. He has enjoyed working on various developments in central and greater London that extend from feasibility through to planning and construction logistics support.
Kana Nomoto

Kana is a Senior Consultant in the planning team and has worked on a range of projects with both private and public sector clients, including the Olympia redevelopment, Brabazon Masterplan and Phoenix Road greening scheme. Kana graduated with an MSc in Sustainable Urbanism and is passionate about the decarbonisation of the transport sector through sustainable and inclusive solutions.

Michael is an Associate with experience across a range of markets. Michael specialises in large scale masterplanning, and the delivery of stadia and major events, through the development of sustainable transport strategies. He has most recently been involved in the planning for both the proposed Madison Square Garden London Arena, YTL Bristol Arena and the Brabazon New Town masterplan.

Max landed at Momentum in early 2024 to take the reins in the internal operations team as our Business Operations Leader. Max hails from Aotearoa (New Zealand) and has an extensive background working in business operations across various sectors, including electricity technology, data science, and R&D consulting, before transitioning to transport. He is committed to sustainability and is thrilled to collaborate with colleagues who share his values.

She also supports the IT and HR departments and is the first point of contact for health & safety in the office. Sarah works across the full strategic marketing portfolio including brand; PR and media relations; thought leadership; content; events; and digital marketing. She brings her experience gained across several market sectors to ensure Momentum maintains a client-centric marketing programme. Sarah is a Chartered Marketer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
