Momentum Transport Consultancy awarded Best Workplaces™ recognition.

Momentum Transport Consultancy has officially been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. 

Announced last night at the prestigious Best Workplaces Awards held at London’s Grosvenor House, the company ranked 83 in the small category. 

This is the third time that Momentum has been recognised by Great Place To Work® – having been named in the ‘best places to work for women’ lists in 2023 and 2024.

The achievement reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to its employees and culture of respect, inclusion, fairness and collaboration and the addition of several new strategies to boost employee satisfaction and wellbeing including:

• The Momentum ‘Impact Award’ which recognises and rewards staff who are demonstrating exceptional technical success or who make a positive contribution to the company’s culture
• Early finishes before bank holidays to support better work life balance
• Opportunities to connect and build relationships with colleagues outside of the workplace

In this year’s employee survey, 98% of Momentum’s people stated that they are “proud to tell others they work for Momentum”, with the same percentage also agreeing that “Momentum treats people fairly”.
