Arundel Great Court sits within the City of Westminster on the north bank of the river Thames and is comprised of hotel, retail and residential aspects with great views overlooking the river.

Momentum’s senior team has been involved in developing proposals for Arundel Great Court since 2008. With changes in site ownership in 2012, Momentum developed design and construction scenarios including access arrangements and impacts on the hotel servicing strategy. The Garden Bridge proposals were also reviewed to assess their potential effect on the development and the opportunity to integrate with the LSE campus. Momentum assisted in designing a car lift which takes vehicles from the street level underground to the basement car parking area. The lift process includes traffic signalling and automatic access card readers which allow the process to operate smoothly and efficiently for guests.

Momentum has assisted in the design and construction of Arundel Great Court and continues to work with HCL architects in designing waste collection strategies for the hotel, retail and residential aspects of the development project.
