Supporting UN Sustainable Development Goals
Momentum led the preparation of transport-related planning application documents for the extension of the Flemings Hotel in Mayfair. This included a transport statement, delivery and servicing plan, and a draft construction logistics plan as well as specifying a travel survey to determine hotel trip generation and mode share.
Momentum prepared construction logistics drawings to aid the redevelopment works. This included pit lane design and vehicle tracking drawings for a range of different construction-related vehicles.
The hotel redevelopment allowed further rooms to be constructed and also improved accessibility for guests with the addition of a supplementary lift.
As part of the scheme, the design and appearance of the hotel was also improved
