The TfL On Bus Features project focuses on enhancing the passenger experience and increasing ridership on London’s bus network. It involved assessing and suggesting new technologies, accessibility improvements and service innovations to optimise journey quality, safety and inclusivity – supporting TfL’s wider goals for sustainable and user-friendly public transport.
